Monolith Festival returned after a 2 year break with an all overseas and very prog heavy lineup at Hordern Pavilion

The Sydney show opened with French metalcore act Novelists who recently added a female vocalist Camille Contreras making their Australian debut.

Intervals masterfully blended djent and prog while Leprous returned for the first time since 2019 Progfest and were warmly welcomed for their iconic riffs and vocals.

Periphery were one of the biggest sets of the night with a mix of new and old tracks welcomed by a fanatic audience.

A series of workshops were run during the day with drums, guitar and other available. The night was closed with the legendary Coheed & Cambria with a social NEVERENDER set.
