FAILSAFE is a three-piece alternative grunge band hailing from the inner west of Sydney.

With influences ranging from You Am I, Queens of the Stone Age, Jeff Buckley and Helmet - they create an unapologetic brand of distorted rock and roll.

Their live performances are marked by high energy and a DIY ethos, capturing the rebellious spirit of Sydney's underground music scene.

A recent pop-up show at Sydenham Skate Park was nothing short of utter chaos - and only ended when the police showed up.

With heavy riffs, powerful drums, and emotionally charged vocals, FAILSAFE has quickly gained a following among fans of authentic, unpolished rock.

Their new music video reflects the bands DIY aesthethic ( with a performance in a graffiti covered alleyway packed with punters ) but also contrasts completely with that so they took a day and travelled to the middle of nowhere to record the vocal section in the desert.

The powerful, driving rhythm of the song motivates switches back and forth between the colour / chaos of the alley and the isolation / muted tones of the desert.

The track is off their new EP - Chrysallis - and it's called Hard To Find.

The clip, directed by Josh Groom - dropped at 3pm AEST today - get around it!
