New noise: The Savilles

The Savilles are a 4 piece indie rock band formed in Toronto. Led by singer Meagan Brittanie and drummer Nate Finucci, the two began writing and preforming music at local open mikes. They went on to recruit guitarist Adam Camick and bass player James Muehmer to officially become the current lineup.

The band’s name is a defining play on the luxury ‘Cadillac Seville’ and the comic opera ‘The Barber of Seville’.

From their first live performances in the summer of 2015, The Savilles quickly made it onto the stages of Toronto’s most acclaimed venues. Word of their high-energy shows began to spread, and the Savilles built a following in the local music scene while their self-titled debut EP received favorable reviews. Their single “Amber Lamps” will be featured in the upcoming Angel Heart film ‘American Grace’.

The Savilles are continuing their trek through Canadian stages while working on their first full-length release.
