The Used // Peter Zaluzny

“Crowded pit, a packed house with more than 1000 fans screaming along word for word to one of the albums that defined their teen years, and one very happy Bert McCracken. Mash that all together and it kind of pushes you into overdrive while you’re shooting. Bert started to scream about sharing the love, suddenly pointed to a friend of his in the pit, then leaned down to give him a peck right on the face. It was beautiful, and a bit sweaty.”

Publication: Blunt Magazine

Gear: Canon 5D MKIII, with a Canon 50mm f/1.4 lens

Post Process: Easy edit, the light was ideal so all I needed to do was add a touch of noise reduction, contrast for pop, a slight crop to balance the shot and quick exposure and colour adjustments.
