“Shooting a Seth show is like a family reunion, I was on tour with him last year so its always an incredible experience seeing everyone again, and I’m allowed incredible access which is awesome. This show did not disappoint, Seth’s really stepped up his performing game to an even higher level. This show as taken during a part of the show he calls the Holy Moses, where he parts the crowd and takes up walk up the back to the bar, gets a beer, and walks back. Its pretty awesome.”
Publication: Howl & Echoes
Gear: Nikon D800 with my 85mm 1.4
Post Process: There was a fair bit of tweaking this image, and it technically wasn’t perfect off the camera. I used the black and white grade I decided on for the set, and played around with it a bit. I went for less contrast than usual as I wanted to highlight the expression in Seth’s face the most.
