Deftones have always been a strange, yet enticing beast, and their originality has only seen their cult-following grow with time.

What makes them so interesting is how they incorporate influences from far and wide, usually outside the scope of your general Metal band, to the point that even labelling them as Metal would be quite unfair. They are known as a band who loves to bust out a cover for a live show, or a B-side, displaying the diversity of their influences.
