Royal Chant is a garage band from the wilds of NSW, Australia, who play their own brand of overdriven & hyperverbal rock with passion and poetry, sounding like pop put through a fuzzbox blender.
Some answers to some questions you may not have asked.....yes, the singer is from America, so no, he's not putting on a fake accent.....no, we're not from the Central Coast, (that's not very wild now, is it?), so all the DJs who are saying that on the radio have it wrong and should stop it. If you want to say we're from anywhere, Wauchope would be best, but if you can't manage that then at least try and get close by saying we're from Port Macquarie....not that we ever really play in either...unless you count Matt's garage.
