    Established underground band Fait Accompli, a hard working three piece from Darlinghurst, Sydney, Australia was born from a love of the night life and music between friends. Fait Accompli emerged as one of the new bands to watch from within the new band scene which was about to erupt in Sydney in late 2006/2007. Creating their own original style of Progressive Rock n' Roll Fait Accompli craft songs hard enough to upset the weak and gentle enough to bring an angry man to tears, but all round their music is full of colourful ideas which combine different styles with ease making their music not only accessible but stylistically difficult to pin down. With the drummer on main vocal duties makes them a rare breed. Fait Accompli have enjoyed their short time together, self releasing their debut EP which received healthy airplay on Sydney’s FBI Radio and playing shows up and down the East Coast to rave reviews. In late 2007 whilst working on their second recording Fait Accompli had to overcome a few obstacles. The endless amount of shows (approx 100 in their first year), the booze and the lack of positive opportunities was causing the band to experience tension. There would be a cooling off period, but eventually a change to the original lineup would take place. After a 3 month silence Fait Accompli would re emerge in early 2008. After many moons and alot of blood shed original Fait Accompli members Mr Doran (guitar) and Mr Ray (drums, vocals) who are still good friends with Mr Matt (ex-bass, now with good friends band STAY), have finally given birth to their long overdue EP, 666. Close friend Mr Killer (bass, Goons of Doom) has joined the Fait Accompli family, rounding off the band nicely as they now look to the future with bright eyes and open arms.
